AGM & Awards Evening 2023
Thank you to everyone who was able to come to the Awards Evening and 63rd LNSC AGM on the 17th November.
What a fantastic night! I can’t believe so many of our swimmers obtained so many awards. Well done for all your training and hard work throughout the year.
During the evening the Diddy and A-Team captains were announced for the coming year. They are :
Diddy Captains
Boys : Tom Rymell
Girls : Nicola Michalska
A Team Captains
Boys : Jack Sharp
Girls : Freya Wingfield-Dobbs
The LNSC Committee was also elected.
Officer Positions
Chair : Stewart Mair (re-elected)
Vice-Chair : Gina McCaffery
Treasurer : Min Chauhan
The secretary position is still vacant. If anyone would like to apply for the role, please contact Stewart, Gina, or Min.
A “Farewell and Goodbye” was given to a (tearful) Alison McCallister who is stepping down from the Head Coach role to focus on her flying adventures. However Alison is not completely gone… she is still a member of the club and will take on the DBS Assistant role.

And lastly “Thank You” to all the swimmers, the parents (and also for bringing the food!), the friends, and the families who came to the event. And a massive “Thank You” to both the Incoming and Outgoing committee who organised the event. Special mention goes to Simon Goddard for all his hard work setting up the venue!
DMU Training Friday 8th December 2023 CANCELLED

There will be no training at DMU on Friday 8th December 2023.
Please speak to you coach about the possibility of transfering to a different session for this cancellation.
All other training sessions are Evington and Parklands will continue as scheduled.
