The last training session at DMU and Evington Leisure Centre will be Monday 22nd December 2014.
Coaching restarts on Monday January 5th 2015 at both DMU and Evington Leisure Centre.

Open to : Juniors & Senior Swimmers

Warm ups

Small pool 7pm
7pm group (including those that have recently moved up)

Main pool (2 lanes) 7.30 all other swimmers in 3 x10min warm ups

Warm up 1 (7.30 – 7.40) – All other juniors
Warm up 2 (7.40 – 7.50) – Seniors 14 & under
Warm up 3 (7.50 – 8.00) – seniors 15+
