City of Leicester SC Open Meet Round Up

The weekend of April the 10th – 12th saw a total of 26 Leicester Neptune SC swimmers compete at the City of Leicester Open Meet including five swimmers competing for COLSC, Leicestershire’s performance club.  After a very long and tiring weekend, the total haul for Neptune was 2 third place medals, 6 second place medals, 4 first place medals and a whopping 108 personal best times!  A special mention also goes to all of the volunteers over the weekend – six team managers, and seven officials who accompanied the team and helped the swimmers to focus on their task.
