Open to : Juniors & Senior Swimmers

Warm ups

Small pool 7pm
7pm group (including those that have recently moved up)

Main pool (2 lanes) 7.30 all other swimmers in 3 x10min warm ups

Warm up 1 (7.30 – 7.40) – All other juniors
Warm up 2 (7.40 – 7.50) – Seniors 14 & under
Warm up 3 (7.50 – 8.00) – seniors 15+
