Age Group Galas will take place on the following dates :

You will be send separate details for entering the Competition.
|Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled warm-up start time.
- All participants MUST to be fully paid up members of LNSC .
- Coaching fees/ training fees must be up to date at 30th April 2019.
- Entries forms must be returned by Friday 24th May 2019.
- Payments must be made by Tuesday 28th May 2019.
- Late entries will not be accepted
